Frequently asked questions

Everything couples, planners, and site supers ask us most.

How many bathrooms do I need for a 150-guest wedding?

A 2-stall restroom trailer comfortably serves up to about 150 guests. For 150 to 250 guests, choose a 3-stall trailer. A good rule of thumb is one stall per 75 guests, and add capacity if your event runs longer than four hours or serves alcohol.

Do restroom trailers need power and water on site?

Each trailer needs a standard 20 to 30 amp power connection and a garden hose hookup. If your venue does not have water available, we can supply it with an onboard tank. Off-grid packages with a generator are available for remote sites.

What is included with delivery?

Every rental includes delivery, professional setup and leveling, fully stocked supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels), and pickup after your event. Mid-event servicing is available for longer events.

What areas do you serve?

We serve all of Utah County, including Provo, Orem, Lehi, Springville, Spanish Fork, Mapleton, Payson, Santaquin, and American Fork, plus Heber City and Midway in the Heber Valley.

Can I rent a restroom trailer for a construction site?

Yes. We offer long-term restroom trailer and portable unit placements for construction sites and home renovations, with scheduled service visits. Long-term placements run year-round, including winter.

How far in advance should I book?

For Saturday weddings in peak season (May through October), book four to eight weeks ahead. Construction placements can usually be arranged within a week.

How do your trailers compare to a porta potty?

A luxury restroom trailer is a climate-controlled room with flushing toilets, running-water sinks, real vanities, lighting, and finished interiors. Guests step up into an actual bathroom rather than a plastic stall.
